Battery Service

Your car battery is the heart of your vehicle’s electrical system. Composed of a series of lead plates submerged in an electrolyte solution, your 12-volt car battery permits a chemical reaction to take place that produces electricity for use throughout the vehicle. The battery supplies electricity to all of the vehicle’s electrical systems and components, including the power necessary to start and run your vehicle on a daily basis. 

Battery Change

Batteries are very reliable but they do have a limited lifespan. At Ross Lyons Motors we recommend having your battery and charging system checked regularly and changed every 2-3 years as required. Be sure to ask us to check your battery’s condition because when a battery fails today, there is generally no warning — It just dies.
